1. Our Services

Atlas Key is a luxury travel concierge service offering a curated range of travel solutions, including:

  • Bespoke travel itinerary design

  • Pre-designed Luxe Itineraries across global destinations

  • Visa advisory and support

  • Flight and accommodation bookings

  • Private transfers and chauffeur services

  • Restaurant and experience reservations

  • Dedicated concierge support before and during your journey

Clients may engage Atlas Key for full-service travel management, itinerary-only services, or booking-only services, depending on their requirements.

2. Booking Process

Our process is designed to deliver a seamless and highly tailored experience and may include:

  • Initial consultation and destination alignment

  • Budget and experience planning

  • Confirmation of scope of services

  • Collection of required personal and travel information

  • Payment of deposit and full balance prior to travel

Certain bookings may require full upfront payment in line with third-party supplier policies.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the timeframe outlined in your invoice or service agreement. We accept bank transfers and other approved payment methods.

Failure to complete payment may result in delays, cancellation of services, or forfeiture of reservations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and local partners.

Atlas Key reserves the right to charge for services already rendered, including consultation, itinerary development, and administrative support.

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen disruptions.

5. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required entry documentation.

While Atlas Key may provide visa support and guidance, approval remains at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities. Atlas Key accepts no liability for denied visas, refused entry, missed travel, or disruptions resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

6. Changes and Modifications

Requests for changes must be submitted in writing. While we will endeavour to accommodate amendments, additional fees may apply depending on timing and supplier policies.

In circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, operational disruptions, or political events, Atlas Key will offer suitable alternatives where reasonably possible.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Atlas Key acts as an intermediary between clients and carefully selected third-party travel providers. While we partner with trusted suppliers, we are not liable for their actions, omissions, or changes.

Atlas Key shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or disruption incurred during travel.

Use of our website and services is at your own risk. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors or interruptions.

8. Concierge Support

Our concierge services provide dedicated support before and during your journey, including bookings, recommendations, and assistance where required. Availability may vary depending on service level, destination, and time zone.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and materials associated with Atlas Key remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

We are committed to handling your personal information with discretion and confidentiality. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

Atlas Key reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published with the revised effective date.
